Booking and Payment
All bookings with JJ Entertainment are subject to availability and must be confirmed through a signed agreement. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event, as specified in the agreement. We accept various payment methods, which will be discussed during the booking process.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least [number of days] before the event to receive a full refund of the deposit. If the cancellation occurs after this time frame, the deposit will be non-refundable. JJ Entertainment reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

This includes providing an adequate power supply, appropriate space for setup, and any other logistical needs.
